Jay Silliman Owner / Broker
Licensed in 1994, Jay has an extensive knowledge and understanding of the Metro Atlanta Real Estate Market. Throughout his Real Estate Career, Jay has previously achieved a 1% status in the State of Georgia, has represented Buyers, Sellers, Developers, and Investors. Jay also has experience in the development of Adaptive Reuse properties and was responsible for the genesis of the Residential Loft market in the downtown Atlanta market.
Property Leasing and Management
When the '07/08 economic crash hit, Jay recognized the need for a responsive and honest property management brokerage to service the plethora of individuals who could not sell their homes yet needed to move elsewhere. Jay opened 7 Real Estate Management Services to service the metro Atlanta area and began his focus on leasing and management of properties for Owners turned Investors. For the past 17 years, Leasing and Property Management has been his primary real estate focus.
