Our organization follows the best accounting practices and collects rent money through the ACH process. We do not accept checks as a mode of payment. Instead, we draw rent directly from the tenant's bank account. By doing so, the landlord can expect the rent proceeds to be deposited in their account by the 10th of every month. This ensures a hassle-free and timely collection of rent.
As part of our management services, we conduct a thorough property inspection twice a year. This approach enables us to not only monitor preventive maintenance but to evaluate the Tenant's responsibility in maintaining the property. Our primary goal is to maintain your client's property's value, ensuring that you can at some point, sell it for the highest price possible.

Upon an initial purchase of a property or perhaps between Tenants, an owner may want to do some renovations or upgrades to the property. We manage these projects utilizing very talented contractors. Bathrooms, kitchens, flooring, decks . . . you name the project, we have the very best contractors to handle the job.
We take immense pride in the fact that we have not had to file for an eviction in any of our properties in over 10 years . . . and that includes the time during the pandemic! The only evictions we have dealt with are from investors outside our client base, who sought our assistance to remove their non-paying tenants. We typically resolve these issues without resorting to the court system. It all boils down to selecting the right tenants for the property initially.
